Why do they keep changing?
McDonald’s just loves keeping us on our toes. For the longest time, Wednesdays were the odd one out – no Wrap of the Day in sight. The betrayal! The despair! How could they leave an entire day of the week unwrapped?
But fear not. In early 2025, McDonald’s finally gave Wednesday the glow-up it deserved. First came The Katsu Chicken One, serving up crispy, saucy goodness. Then, in July 2025, it switched things up again with The Fajita Chicken One, adding a fiery twist to the middle of the week. Most recently, The Tikka Chicken One has joined the line-up, bringing a rich, spiced kick that makes hump day something to really look forward to.
Now the big question is… what’s next? Will they spice things up even more, or throw in something completely unexpected? Whatever it is, Wednesdays are no longer the forgotten child of the wrap calendar – and we’re here for it.

What do we Think?
The McDonald’s Big Flavour Wrap of the Day has got to be one of the all time favourites in any household – no matter how big on the Big Mac you say you are. The value and taste combo knocks the socks of it’s meat-in-bun compadre. Our favourite wrap to date is the The Spicy Sriracha Chicken One (2023) that recently ended it’s promotional run. We know what Maccie D’s are like though, it’ll be back at some point in the future and hopefully, to stay!
I need more of this Wrap of the Day thing?
As we understand it, McDonalds introduced this spectacular source of sustenance back in the summer of 2011. Occasionally introducing new flavour filled wraps to tantalise your tastebuds.
We have heard rumours that there is a terrible plan afoot, to end the Wrap of the Day in 2026. We’ll be sure to keep fighting for it to appear on the menu right down to the last mouthful.
