McDonald’s rewards customers this summer with bumper fortnight of giveaways

·       App customers will get money off meals, personalised audio books and discounted days out through a series of promotions to bring sunshine to this dreary August

·       From 30% off trips to the zoo to more than 60% off fan favourites the Big Mac, McChicken Sandwich® and 6 Piece Chicken McNuggets®

·       Also from August 16th, customers will be able to get their hands on a limited edition LOKI  Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce – inspired by Marvel Studios Loki series 2 launching later this year

McDonald’s is bringing the excitement this summer, rewarding families through the launch of McDonald’s Days Out – a discount portal available to customers signed up to My McDonald’s Rewards.

Families will be able to explore a selection of fantastic Kids Pass offers that cover a wide range of experiences, including theme parkszooscinemas and much more!

That’s not all! Starting from 14th August, customers can enjoy two weeks of offers available exclusively via the McDonald’s App.

Enjoy more than 60% off fan favourites including the Big Mac, McChicken Sandwich® and 6 Piece Chicken McNuggets®. Plus, half off the Triple Cheeseburger just in time for National Burger Day on Thursday 24th August. Breakfast lovers can also bag a bargain, as the Single McMuffin® will be on sale for £1.19 – a mega discount of £1.80.

And it’s not just days out and discounts featuring McDonald’s this summer, as a new global campaign launches celebrating the classic films and binge-worthy comedies to hit songs and anime series, McDonald’s has famously featured for decades. Teased on social media this week, the campaign will launch fully on Monday (14th) and includes a sneak peek at two new collaborations coming to UK and Ireland shores soon.

From August 16th, fans in the UK and Ireland will be able to relive the magic of their favourite characters and artists with a newly branded Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce – inspired by Marvel Studios’ “Loki” Season 2 (streaming October 6 on Disney+)

To celebrate the special role of the Sweet ‘N Sour Sauce, fans are being offered the chance for a sneak peek via a themed AR experience on Snapchat. Fans can scan the newly branded Sweet N’ Sour Sauce lid on Snapchat, where they will unlock custom content developed by Marvel Studios exclusively for McDonald’s fans, with new content available weekly throughout the promotion.

To ensure access to the McDonald’s Days Out discount portal, customers must sign up to My McDonald’s Rewards before 3rd September 2023. Once signed up, families will be able to unlock exciting discounts and offers from 9th August until 18th October, catering to families throughout the entire summer holiday period, providing endless options for memorable and fun-filled days out together.
